Order Changes or Cancellations:

We try to fill orders quickly at Robin’s Nest Soapery, so once your order is submitted, it’s usually too late to accept cancellations or changes. (Though we will try our best to work with you!) Our goal is a satisfied customer! One who will return again and again.

We would like for you to be overjoyed with the products that you order from us. Our goal is a 100% satisfied friend!! If you’re not happy, please do give us an opportunity to make it right. So many variables go into our handcrafted products from the time they are made in small batches, cured with care, wrapped with love, and shipped to you. (Not to mention, our sweet children are involved with the process as much as possible. We like to think they are in training! 😊In other words, please be understanding!)

We simply cannot accept returns on our products. This is for safety and hygiene reasons. We’re not able to resale any of them. Your satisfaction is still our goal!
